Notice Vs Recognize 

Notice နဲ႔ Recognize ဘယ္လိုကြာသလဲဆိုတာ ေျပာျပပါရေစခင္ဗ်ာ။ 

Notice [not in progressive] - if you notice something or someone, you realize that they exist, especially because you can see, hear, or feel them. (Longman dic)

"တစ္ခုခု/တစ္ေယာက္ေယာက္ကို notice ျဖစ္တယ္ဆိုရင္ သူတို႔ကို ကိုယ့္မ်က္လံုးနဲ႔ျမင္ႏိုင္၊ ကိုယ့္နားနဲ႔ၾကားႏိုင္၊ ထိေတြ႕ႏိုင္လို႔ ရွိေနမွန္း သိတယ္" လို႔အဓိပၸါယ္ရပါတယ္။ Stative verb ပါ၊ progressive form မရပါခင္ဗ်ာ။


E.g I noticed she had her hair cut. 
      သူ(မ)ဆံပင္ညႇပ္ထားတာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္သတိထားမိတယ္။

Recognize [Not in progressive] - to know who someone is or what something is, because you have seen, heard, experienced, or learned about them in the past. 

"အရင္က သိထားဖူးလို႔/ၾကားဖူးထားလို႔/ျမင္ဖူးထားလို႔ တစ္ခုခုဟာဘာျဖစ္တယ္၊ ဘယ္သူျဖစ္တယ္ဆိုတာကို သိတာ/မွတ္မိတာ" လို႔ အဓိပၸါယ္ရပါတယ္။ ဒါလည္း progressive form မရပါဘူးခင္ဗ်ာ။

E.g I didn't recognize her because she had her hair cut. 
သူ(မ)ကဆံပင္ညႇပ္ထားေတာ့ ငါသူ(မ)ကို မမွတ္မိဘူး/မသိဘူး။

ႏွစ္ခုယွဥ္ၾကည့္ပါဦးခင္ဗ်ာ

I don't notice him because he is standing behind the car. 
သူက ကားေနာက္မွာ ရပ္ေနေတာ့ ငါကသူ႔ကိုမျမင္ဘူး။

I don't recognize him because he wears school uniform. 
သူကေက်ာင္းဝတ္စံုဝတ္ထားေတာ့ ငါကသူ႔ကိုမမွတ္မိဘူး။

အသံုးဝင္မယ္လို႔ေမၽွာ္လင့္ပါတယ္ခင္ဗ်ာ။
